One of the hardest things I have ever had to do was to learn how to still my mind. It takes a focused effort to stop thinking about whatever will pop in your as you are trying to make the mind just be still....try it...its not easy. Don't think about work, don't think about family, don't think about bills, happiness, sadness, sickness, friendship, the car, the kids, your responsibilities, your desires, your dreams, good sex, bad sex...no sex (laughing)...don't think about your life or your impending death and what happens to you next...at some point I just wanted to be okay with where I am right now. Good, bad or indifferent the decisions I made while always good ones have been made and the decisions I make in the future ought to be better based on what I have learned and right now I'm at peace with my self, I'm at peace with my soul....at the end of the day we all deserve to be at peace.
